Every coach-led workout at MIXFIT is as unique as the coach working along side you. While each day offers a wide range of workout styles and exercises, the goal of each class is to train specific muscle groups and target isolated areas. Through it all, our coaches will be right by your side, providing motivation and feedback every step of the way.

Our dedicated and experienced coaches focus on training members according to their individual fitness levels. All of our classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and ultimately help you achieve your fitness goals. Common workout styles include:

OPEN GYM

Friday afternoon we offer open gym between 2:30 & 4:30 PM. Sign in early to come in at your convenience, you will have full access to all of the gym resources while having the flexibility of making your own workout routine with the coach.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY SATURDAY

Each Saturday we invite you to bring your family and friends to work out with you for free! Bring along the entire family a kick off the weekend with a great workout.
