Every coach-led workout at MIXFIT is as unique as the coach working along side you. While each day offers a wide range of workout styles and exercises, the goal of each class is to train specific muscle groups and target isolated areas. Through it all, our coaches will be right by your side, providing motivation and feedback every step of the way.
