I always have a tough time getting back on track after a vacation. Seems to be the workout/diet killer. So many just don’t make it back on track. I believe it’s all about understanding we all take a break once in awhile and that’s all it is.
I just got back from Sin City (Las Vegas) and there is no easy way to stay on my Paleo diet track. It was close l, but one trip to Hash House A GoGo and all bets are off..
Back to real world today and eating well as of this AM.
